  The Lorax would not be happy with me. I took down 27 dying pine trees that threatened my house every time we had winds. The challenge was to leave the young maple and birch trees that were sandwiched in between the pine unharmed. New England Tree Masters delivered.
  
  We received three similar $$ quotes, but after meeting with Carlos we decided to go with with New England Tree Masters. He was knowledgeable and informative yet he wasn't a salesman.
  
  I will admit that scheduling was a bit too relaxed meaning the office needs to improve on communicating with the customer. I nearly gave up but happy I didn't. Once the team was at the property they went straight to work. "Extremely" professional, capable, dedicated, well mannered and exceeded my expectations. Carlos, the site manager, is a no joke type of boss and made sure everyone worked efficiently in sync. My two day job was finished in one day.
  
  As a woman who has dealt single-handedly with major construction, I was delighted and appreciate having a respectful well mannered crew. My neighbors were impressed and appreciative with how hard they worked and they left everything clean.
